Prior roles include CEO and Member of the Board of Directors at Conergy, where R Andrew de Pass oversaw significant operations in the global solar market. As Managing Partner at AdP Capital Advisors, R Andrew de Pass provided strategic consulting in private equity and renewable infrastructure.
