Andrea Davis has a strong background in healthcare management and leadership. Prior to this, Andrea served as the Chief Operating Officer at UHS Desert Springs Hospital, where they oversaw multiple departments and initiatives. Andrea also held leadership roles at HealthSouth Desert Canyon Rehabilitation Hospital and HCA Southern Hills Hospital. Additionally, Andrea has experience in program development and strategic planning, as seen in their roles at HCA - Sunrise Hospital System Las Vegas and HCA - Southern Hills Hospital. Earlier in their career, Andrea worked in sales and managed care coordination roles at companies like MedImmune, Johnson & Johnson, and University Medical Center. Their diverse experience in healthcare and strong leadership skills make their a valuable asset in the industry.

Andrea Davis has a strong education background in the field of healthcare administration. Andrea completed their BS degree in Health Care Administration from Oregon State University from 1995 to 1998. Andrea further pursued their education and obtained an MPA degree in Public Administration with a Health Care Administration emphasis from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas between 1998 and 2000. In 2016, Andrea received certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt from the Las Vegas Lean Six Sigma institution. Additionally, they have also acquired the Chief Executive Officer certification from Viticus Group - Animal Health (Formerly WVC) in 2023. Andrea completed their high school education at Bishop Gorman High School from 1991 to 1994.
