David Powell has extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations, particularly in the fields of consulting, finance, and operations. Currently serving as Principal and President at Vitex, Inc. since January 2013, David previously held the position of Senior Consultant at the same company during 2012. Prior roles include COO at Bio-Dry LLC, KPO/BPO Solutions Executive at Aditya Birla Minacs, and a longstanding tenure at Wachovia Corporation, where David advanced through several senior vice president roles, including oversight of offshoring, outsourcing, and regulatory reporting. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Strome College of Business, earned between 1978 and 1983.
