Peggy Bovens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in construction management and cost control. As the owner of BouwData since March 2006, Peggy focuses on research into norms and standards. Peggy is also the founder of the Postuniversitair Centrum KU Leuven and has taken on the role of core lecturer for the "Bouwkostenmanagement" program at KU Leuven since October 2022. Additional teaching engagements include guest lectures on collaborative construction methods. Peggy has held various administrative and cost controlling positions across notable institutions such as RZ Heilig Hart Tienen and Regionaal Ziekenhuis H Hart Leuven, where earned value management principles are implemented. Educational credentials include a degree from Ghent University and further studies at Syntra Midden Vlaanderen.
