Steve Sadecki has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in roles related to hospice, homecare, and post-acute services. Steve is currently serving as the Vice President of Hospice Operations at VITAS Healthcare since July 2020. Before that, they worked at naviHealth as an Executive Director, responsible for managing business support and clinical operations for acute care partnerships. Prior to that, Steve held the position of Director of Homecare at Banner Health and Vice President of Business Development at Amedisys Home Health Care. Steve has also served as the Senior Vice President of Post Acute Services at Life Care and held leadership roles at Gentiva Health Services and InteliStaf Healthcare.

Steve Sadecki completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University between 1988 and 1992.
