Joseph Younan has over 13 years of experience in Program and Project Management. Joseph is currently the Director of Program Management at Vitara Biomedical. Prior to that, they were a Senior Program Manager, R&D at Integra LifeSciences from 2017-2021. From 2016-2017, they were a Project Management Consultant, PMP at Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. (IPM). From 2014-2016, they were a Senior Project Manager, PMP at DENTSPLY, where they managed and led engineering and technical teams to bring product concepts into commercialization. From 2008-2014, they were a Project Manager, PMP, LSSBB and Process Improvement Engineer II, LSSBB at Smith & Nephew, where they managed multiple New Product Development Projects and reduced direct and indirect costs through process improvement.

Joseph Younan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University in 1996. Joseph then went on to pursue a Masters in Industrial Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2001. In 2009, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University. Additionally, in 2012 they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
