Jared Ursta has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an intern at the City of Philadelphia in 2013. Jared then worked as a Wellness Coordinator and later as an Aquatics Director at the Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA from 2010 to 2015. Following that, Jared worked as a Girl's Varsity Hockey Coach at the Lower Merion School District starting in September 2015. Since 2015, they have been with Vitalyst, where they initially served as a Productivity Consultant/Translator/Corporate Trainer, providing technical support and training to corporate clients. Jared later took on the role of a Training Engagement Lead, managing development projects for large market clients and providing insight to account managers on contracts.

Jared Ursta holds a Master's Degree in Operational Management from the University of Arkansas (completed in 2019). Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in French Language and Literature from Saint Joseph's University in 2014. Jared also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2008. In addition to their academic achievements, Jared Ursta has certifications in FireFighter II and Firefighter I from the National Board of Fire Service Professional Qualifications (NPQS) and the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress (IFSAC).
