Alfredo Issa is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various Chief Technology Officer roles. Currently serving at VitalSource Technologies since July 2013, Alfredo oversees the delivery and management of digital courseware to over 16 million college students. Prior positions include leading development efforts at BuildLinks for a SaaS product in the construction industry, and at Concert Technology, focusing on digital audio and video solutions. Alfredo's earlier career featured impactful roles at Flashpoint Technology Inc., Medfusion Inc., net32, CNN, SITA, and Bell Laboratories, encompassing software development, technology operations, and compliance. Alfredo holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology and Florida International University, respectively, with Phi Beta Kappa honors.
