Mr. McKilligan is the Controller and Counsel of Vitality Biopharma, Inc., where he has been employed since 2012. He has 20 years of legal experience in corporate finance and securities law as an associate at Morgan Lewis & Bockius in New York and London and at Hunton & Williams in New York and as in-house counsel. He earned a J.D from Cornell Law School, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
