Alexa Cowen has a diverse work experience in product development and management. Alexa is currently the Director of Product at Vitality since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Free People from July 2014 to November 2022, where they started as a Product Development Specialist and progressed to roles of Associate Product Development Manager and Senior Product Development Manager. Preceding their time at Free People, they were employed at Guess as a Production Manager from May 2009 to May 2013 before taking on the role of Product Development Manager from May 2013 to June 2014.

Alexa Cowen received their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder from 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, they attended FIDM from 2007 to 2008 and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Product Development.
