Michel Foppen currently serves as the Directeur Zorg at Vitalis WoonZorg Groep since July 2023, focusing on solutions for aging-related housing and care. Foppen is also an Organizatie-ontwikkelaar at Compact Consult CC since December 2020, addressing organizational issues at management levels in the healthcare sector. Additionally, Foppen holds several governance positions, including Lid Raad van Toezicht and Voorzitter financiële commissie at Stichting PSW, and Lid Raad van Commissarissen at WoCom. Previous leadership roles include Directeur Zorggroep at GGZ Oost Brabant, and a member of the Raad van Bestuur at Elkerliek ziekenhuis. Foppen has also contributed as a Panellid at NVAO and has a strong educational background, including a degree in Organisatie sociologie from the University of Amsterdam and completion of a program on successful hospital governance at Sioo.
