Karlien van Ouwerkerk is an experienced HR professional and business partner, currently serving as the owner of Van Ouwerkerk HR interim & advies since March 2012. With a strong background in interim HR management, Karlien has contributed to various organizations, including consultancy roles at P2 and VitalFluid B.V., as well as interim positions at DierenPark Amersfoort and My Jewellery, where significant HR transformations occurred amidst rapid growth. Karlien has expertise in developing personnel policies, introducing HR tools, and guiding organizational changes, underpinned by a Master's Degree in Dutch Law with specializations in labor law and management from Utrecht University. Additional educational qualifications include training from the University of Amsterdam and KPMG Learning Academy.
