Nicole Hale is an experienced finance and administration professional with a comprehensive background in behavioral health consulting and staffing. Serving as VP of Finance and Administration and VP of Operations at VITAL WorkLife since April 2004, Nicole contributes to enhancing workplace well-being through various services, including EAPs and executive coaching. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a Staffing Coordinator at Doherty Employment Group and as an independent Financial Advisor at Waddell & Reed, where licensing included Series 6 and Series 63. Early career experience includes a position as Distribution Coordinator at Quebecor World. Nicole holds an MBA from St. Cloud State University and a BS in Finance with a minor in Accounting and Economics from the same institution, along with a certification in Dental Assisting from St Cloud Technical and Community College.
