Derek Bell is currently serving as the Vice President of Solutions & Clinical Operations at VITAL WorkLife and also as the Owner of LeadWellDB. Derek is an Associate Lecturer and Wellness Storyweaver at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where Derek teaches a course on "Purpose and Well-being." With a background in leadership roles in well-being, joy of practice, and program development, Derek has also been involved in coaching soccer and teaching courses in related fields. Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology/Political Science from Knox College and a Master of Science in Human & Community Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
