Roy Granados has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Vital Records Control since February 2020, after previously holding the position of Customer Service Manager from December 2017 to April 2019. Prior to this, Roy held the role of Inventory Manager at Business Archives Inc from August 2011 to December 2017. Roy also gained valuable experience as Owner/Operator at RG Delivers from July 2005 to August 2011, overseeing operations for FedEx Ground. Earlier in Roy's career, significant retail management experience was obtained as Assistant Store Manager at Home Depot from August 1993 to September 2002.
