William O'Neil is an engineer at Vital. William was previously a development manager at Xero from April 2013 to October 2021. Prior to that, they were a developer at Optimal Workshop from November 2008 to April 2013. William also has experience as a tutor, having worked at Victoria University of Wellington from March 2008 to November 2009.

William O'neil holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Victoria University of Wellington.

William O'neil reports to Te Riu-Warren, Chief Technical Officer. They are on a team with Piotr Zurek - Engineer, Tom Lee - Engineering, and Matthew Jones - Engineer.
