Emily Renzi, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Client Operations at Vital.io since June 2024, following a leadership role as Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships and Customer Success Director at WebMD Ignite from March 2021 to June 2024. Prior experience includes nearly nine years at Augusta University Health, where Emily held various positions, including Director of Marketing, earning recognition as the 2019 Emerging Leader in Healthcare Marketing. Emily's expertise spans marketing strategy, brand recognition, and customer success, supported by educational credentials in Business Administration from Augusta University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of South Carolina Aiken. Previous roles held by Emily also include marketing management at Knology and coordinating business events at Electrolux, alongside early career experience as a publicist intern at the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce.
