Stephanie Coon is an experienced executive in strategy and people management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of People & Strategy at Vital Farms since August 2021. Prior to this role, Stephanie held senior positions at KIND, including Senior Vice President of Strategy & Execution and Vice President of Strategic Development, from October 2016 to June 2021. Stephanie also worked as Director of Strategy at The Hershey Company from February 2013 to October 2016 and as Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company from August 2004 to December 2012. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Educational Research Methodology from the University of Oxford and a combined Bachelor and Master degree in Public Policy from the University at Albany.
