Mike Cardus is an accomplished organization development professional with extensive experience in facilitating growth and enhancing leadership within diverse organizations. Currently serving as Senior Organization Development at Vital Farms, Mike focuses on aligning growth goals with measurable, people-centered outcomes. Previously, Mike was an Expert in Residence at the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, fostering collaboration among senior business leaders, and served as Organization Development Consultant and President of Organization Development by Mike Cardus, advising executive teams on talent management and organizational effectiveness. With a Master's degree in Organization Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Buffalo State University, Mike has developed and customized impactful training programs, leading initiatives across various organizations, including Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County.
