Erin Krenek is a seasoned marketing professional with diverse experience in communication, event coordination, and brand management. At Vital Farms since May 2018, Erin has progressed through several roles, including Marketing Communications Manager and Foodservice Sales Manager. Previously, Erin served as Marketing & Outreach Project Manager at the State Bar of Texas, where notable achievements included receiving five awards and successfully managing significant marketing campaigns and events. Erin also gained valuable experience in event logistics and client service at Deloitte and enhanced gourmet sales at Breed & Co. Additionally, Erin has established a personal catering brand, One Last Bite, and held various roles in hospitality management and political campaign support early in the career. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
