Nichole Buckley, MSW LSW, currently serves as an Advanced Care Planning Specialist at Vital Decisions (now Evolent) since July 2016, where Nichole assists clients and families in navigating advanced illness and decision-making through a client-centered and solutions-focused approach utilizing Motivational Interviewing. Prior experience includes working as a School Social Worker at Pineland Learning Center from October 2015 to June 2016, providing individual counseling to students facing social and behavioral challenges, and as a Medical Social Worker at Wesley Enhanced Living from June 2013 to August 2015, where Nichole obtained and screened patient information for admission. Nichole holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr College and a Bachelor of Social Work from La Salle University.
