Rafael Hessler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Rafael began their career as an Industriekaufmann at CARBO Kohlensäurewerke GmbH & Co.KG in 2002 and worked there until 2005. Rafael then moved on to CARBO Logistics & Services GmbH & Co.KG where they worked as a Disponent from 2005 to 2010. In 2012, they completed a Praxissemester at Deutsche Telekom in Marketing Intelligence and Marketingstrategie & Planung.

From 2013 to 2015, Rafael worked at Deutsche Post und DHL as an Online Marketing & Category Manager. Their responsibilities included researching, selecting, and acquiring products for the website Allyouneed.com, as well as implementing marketing measures. In 2016, they completed a certification as an Online Marketing Manager at alfatraining Bildungszentrum GmbH.

In 2016, Rafael provided support for Glutenia - Institut für glutenfreie Lebensart, a startup focused on marketing and nutritional advice. Rafael assisted in developing the business idea, creating a strategic business plan, and managed content and marketing activities, including web design and creating the website using Wix.

Rafael joined VITAFY BRANDS in 2017 and held various roles in media, category management, and CRM. Rafael started as a Junior Catalog & Media Manager for a brief period in August and September 2017. From November 2017 to November 2018, they worked as a Junior CRM & Media Manager. Rafael then progressed to the role of Media & Category Manager from November 2018 to February 2022.
