Peter Downer is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a focus on health and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager at Vitaco Health Limited since November 2010, Peter oversees a sales team in the Health Food, Pharmacy, and Sports Channels, emphasizing natural health products. Previously, Peter held the position of National Sales and Marketing Manager at Dr Reddy's NZ Ltd, managing commercial strategies for generic pharmaceuticals. As Country Manager at Novartis Consumer Health from December 2002 to November 2009, Peter led a team and was part of the Australasian Leadership Team for a major consumer health company. Early in the career, Peter worked as a Retail Purchasing Manager at Amcal and as a Marketing Manager at Russells Pharmaceuticals. Peter holds a BCom in Marketing from The University of Auckland.
