Sebastián Reyes Ronconi has a varied work experience. In 2021, they were appointed as the Chief Analytics Officer (CAO) and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Vita Wallet. From 2015 to 2021, they were employed at Evalueserve, where they served as Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst for the Campaign Management Team, and Trainee for the Data Science Program. In 2014, they were a Recepcionista Bilingüe at Che Lagarto Hostels. In 2013, they were a Practica Profesional at British American Tobacco, where they were responsible for data analysis, creating indicators for decision-making, and data control management.

Sebastián Reyes Ronconi attended Colegio Seminario San Rafael from 1995 to 2007 for primary and secondary education. Sebastián then went on to receive an Ingeniero Comercial degree from Universidad Andres Bello between 2008 and 2014. In 2017, they obtained a Digital Analytics for Marketing Professionals: Marketing Analytics in Practice certification from Coursera. In 2022, they received a Google Data Analytics Certificate from Google.
