Kevin Forrester has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kevin started their career as a Leisure Club Manager at Paramount Hotels in 1991, where they managed and operated a leisure complex within a 5-star hotel. Kevin supervised a team of 10 staff members and oversaw various facilities such as tennis and squash courts, swimming pools, and gymnasiums until 2006.

From 2006 to 2014, Forrester worked at Puma Hotels Plc, where they held multiple roles including Regional Manager, Country Club Manager, and Hotel Deputy General Manager. In these positions, they managed the operations of country clubs, supervised a team of 30 employees, and ensured the clubs met company membership and financial targets. Kevin was responsible for reviewing health and safety requirements, sales figures, and daily targets.

Since 2014, Forrester has been employed at Vita Student, initially working as a Residence Manager for an international student residence in Exeter. In this role, they managed a team of 10 staff members and provided hotel-style services to students, including organizing events and activities. Kevin held this position until March 2021.

Currently, Forrester is serving as the Head of Estates at Vita Student, a role they assumed in September 2021. Kevin'sresponsibilities include overseeing the daily management of facility assets for a large estate of 19 properties. Kevin coordinates the planned and reactive maintenance works, manages health and safety systems, and handles associated administrative tasks.
