Shane Arnott serves as the Senior Vice President of Programs & Engineering and Chief Engineer at Anduril Industries since July 2021. Prior to this role, Shane held several high-level positions at Boeing from January 1998 to June 2021, including Program Director for the Airpower Teaming System and Senior Technical Fellow, being the first non-American to achieve that status. Shane also led the Phantom Works - International organization, overseeing a diverse team dedicated to customer engagement, technology innovation, and the development of first-of-type systems across multiple countries. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member for Insitu Pacific and an Adjunct Professor at Queensland University of Technology. Shane's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering from The University of Queensland, along with various business and management programs from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
