Mike Kreger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence and EH&S at QinetiQ US since November 2022. Prior to this role, Mike worked at Raytheon Technologies for over 14 years, holding various leadership positions including Associate Director of Operations Excellence at Collins Aerospace and leading multiple transformational projects that significantly enhanced manufacturing capacity, reduced costs, and improved operational metrics. Mike's noteworthy achievements include achieving Lean certification levels, spearheading digital transformation initiatives, and effectively managing Kaizen and DMAIC events resulting in substantial cost savings. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and an MBA from Arizona State University.
