Marie Lucas is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resource management across various industries. Currently serving as HR Manager for The Vita Group since October 2021, Marie oversees HR functions for both the Comfort and Usleep Divisions. Prior experience includes a role as Divisional HR Manager at The Belfield Group, managing HR for a multi-site furniture manufacturing business, and HR Advisor at Babcock International Group. Previous positions also include HR Coordinator at HR Solutions (Consultancy) Limited and Store Manager at Woolworths PLC. Marie holds an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Derby and a BA (HONS) in Sociology from Sheffield Hallam University.
