Matt Cassidy has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Matt started their career in 2007 as a Machine Operator at Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Sales Representative at Luxottica Retail. In 2014, they joined John Galt Staffing as a Technical Recruiter until 2017 when they transitioned to IntePros Consulting as a Sr. Account Executive. At IntePros Consulting, their responsibilities included sourcing and deploying Quality and Regulatory Compliance Consultants for the Medical Device sector. In 2006, Matt joined the US Army as an Army Reserve Career Counselor/Recruiter Sergeant First Class, where they focused on recruiting and retaining soldiers. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Business Development Lifesciences at Vita Data Sciences.

Matt Cassidy earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in 2014. Matt then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification as a US Army Certified Instructor in 2014.
