Luong Tran has a diverse range of work experience starting in 2010 with Seahorse Service Corporation as a Control & Automation Engineer. During this role, they gained expertise in Siemens PLC S7-300 system handling and troubleshooting, PLC and DCS systems, WinCC and WinCC Flexible, and OPC for industrial automation.

In 2012, Luong joined National Instruments as an Application Engineer. They obtained certification as a LabVIEW Associate Developer and received six months of overseas training in Singapore. Their responsibilities included working with PXI systems, FPGA, data acquisition, CompactDAQ, CompactRIO, FlexRIO, LabVIEW Robotics, motion control, SMU, DMM, and TestStand.

From 2013, Luong worked at Viswa Lab as a Research & Development Engineer, focusing on research and development projects.

Most recently, in 2018, Luong became the Technical Director at Ltran Automation Technology. The role involves overseeing industrial automation, marine automation, and building automation projects.

Throughout their career, Luong has acquired a range of technical skills and certifications in the field of automation technology.

Luong Tran obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Control and Automation Engineering from the University of Technical Education Ho Chi Minh City. This degree was earned from 2005 to 2010.

Luong then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Mechatronics and Sensor Systems Technology from both Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences and Vietnamese-German University, completing this degree from 2010 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Luong Tran also obtained the certification of Certified LabVIEW Developer from National Instruments in March 2016.
