Nikhil Deep Gupta is an experienced academic currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur since May 2018. Prior to this role, Nikhil held assistant professorships at Manipal University Jaipur from July 2017 to February 2018 and GLA University from January 2017 to June 2017. Nikhil began an academic career as a Junior Research Fellow at Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur between September 2011 and October 2012. Nikhil's educational qualifications include a Post Doctoral Fellowship in Optics and Nanophotonics from CSIR-CEERI, a PhD in Optics/Optical Sciences with a focus on Solar Cells from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, an MTech in Energy Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, and a BE in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Rajasthan University.
