Lesley Ishino has a strong background in media operations, with extensive experience in various roles. Lesley currently holds the position of Senior Director of US Media Operations at Visual Data. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations at Visual Data Media Services. Before joining Visual Data, Lesley worked at Deluxe Digital Studios, where they held the position of Director of Encode, Transcode and Edit Operations. In this role, they led a team of 50+ Editors, Encoders, and Transcoders, overseeing the creation of over 15,000 media products per month. Additionally, they managed custom-built enterprise software for digital asset management and automated transcoding. Lesley also worked as the Manager of Encoding Operations during their time at Deluxe. Earlier in their career, they worked at Ascent Media, where they held positions as Lead Compression Operator and Duplication Operator. Lesley has a strong understanding of media operations, software and hardware testing and integration, and financial management.

From 1980 to 1986, Lesley Ishino attended Pasadena City College where they pursued studies in Architecture and Art. Although they did not obtain a degree during this time, their focus was on these fields of study.
