Hsi (Nancy) Lin is an experienced game designer currently working at Visual Concepts, focusing on system design for prominent titles such as NBA 2K22, NBA 2K23, and WWE 2K23. In this role, Hsi has successfully designed live-ops events and innovative game modes. Prior to this position, Hsi served as an Online Instructor at iD Tech Camps, teaching students aged 8 to 18 about Maya, Blender, and Unity, while fostering interest in 3D art and game design. Hsi's background also includes working as a World Builder and Level Environment Designer in the UC Santa Cruz Games & Playable Media program, where the design of immersive environments was emphasized. Hsi holds a Master of Science in Game and Playable Media from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Tamkang University.
