Heidi Ahokas has a diverse work experience history. Heidi started their career in 2013 as an Office Assistant at Rovaniemen Tilipiste Oy, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Promoter at MKTG and also took on a part-time position as a Cashier at Kesko - K-Group, where they demonstrated flexibility and quick thinking skills. In 2018, they worked as a Shop Assistant at Kelloliike Pulkkinen before joining Management Events as an Office Assistant Trainee and later as an Office Assistant. In these roles, they were responsible for various tasks such as office moves, reception services, maintaining the office environment, and supporting HR functions. Since 2020, they have been employed at Visual Components, initially as an Administrative Coordinator and later as a People & Culture Coordinator. Their responsibilities included invoice processing, customer service, contract management, training plan creation, and office management. Their most recent role at Visual Components is as a People Specialist.

Heidi Ahokas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Leadership & People from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, which they pursued from 2022 onwards. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, studying from 2015 to 2019. Within the same timeframe, they also attended ESCE International Business School for a brief period in 2018 to pursue another Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

Before their university studies, they graduated from Ounasvaara Senior High School in 2014, having pursued General Studies for three years from 2011 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, Heidi Ahokas obtained an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot in April 2018.
