Chamanth Sai Reddy has held various roles in the software development industry. From 2022 to present, they have been a Senior Software Developer at Visual Collaboration Technologies, Inc. From 2017 to 2022, they were a Senior Research Fellow and Junior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. In 2015, they were a Summer Intern at both Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd and Tata Steel. Finally, in 2014, they were a Summer Intern at Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL).

Chamanth Sai Reddy's education history includes attending Pendekanti Public School from 1998 to 2007, Bhashyam Public School in Gorantla, Guntur from 2007 to 2008, and Bhashyam IIT Academy in Guntur from 2008 to 2012. Chamanth then obtained an Integrated B.Tech & M.Tech (Dual Degree) in Mining Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 2012 to 2017. Chamanth is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computational Geo-Mechanics, Experimental Rock Mechanics from the same institute from 2017 to 2022.
