Mackenzie Turner is an experienced professional with a robust background in policy and community impact, currently serving as the Director of Policy and Impact at The Vistria Group since December 2016. Prior roles include Policy and Impact Analyst, Policy Intern, and a Marketing Student Ambassador at Fluent Grp. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA, where oversight of camp operations and staff development was vital, and as a Community Services Intern at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where project management for health initiatives was key. Mackenzie has also contributed to international development projects through an internship with the Foundation for Sustainable Development and has supported educational programs at Roycemore School Corp.
