Bernardo Huerta Ponce serves as Corporate Manager and Senior Corporate Counsel at VISTRA since June 2023, focusing on Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). Prior experience includes a role as Senior Legal & Transactions Officer at Langham Hall, managing Luxembourg fund structures, and a position as Legal Account Manager at TMF Group, where responsibilities encompassed corporate secretarial services and compliance for international clients. Further legal experience was acquired at the Consulate General of Ecuador in Barcelona, where Bernardo worked as an International, Public and Private Legal Advisor, as well as Chief Officer and Diplomat, handling various legal matters and coordinating public institution functions. Bernardo holds a Licenciatura in Derecho from the University of Navarra, a Master's in Business Law from the Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona, and a diploma from the Anglo American Law Program at the University of Navarra.
