Kim Campbell is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in HR management and benefits administration. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Vistech Manufacturing Solutions since January 2010, Kim oversees hiring procedures, HR policies, employee relations, payroll, WSIB claims, and incentive programs. Previously, Kim worked at Michelin from 1999 to 2006, first as a Benefits Administrator managing pension and benefit programs for approximately 2,500 employees, and later as a Human Resources Coordinator focused on employee relations and recruitment support. Kim's career began at Collins & Aikman as an Administrative Assistant. Kim holds a Human Resources Management degree from Conestoga College and a diploma in Office Systems Administration from the same institution.
