Toni Nicole Morris (Catelli) has extensive work experience, beginning with an internship at IMG in 2010 as a Sponsorship Services Intern. Toni Nicole then went on to work as an Advertising/Public Relations Intern at The Star Group in the same year. In 2011, they were a Client Service Representative at MTV Networks. From 2014 to 2017, Morris (Catelli) held various roles at different companies, including Account Manager (Mobile) at Millennial Media, Reception Supervisor at Next Generation Clubs, Strategic Account Manager at AOL, Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at Vistar Media, and finally Sales Director, East at Vistar Media.

Toni Nicole Morris (Catelli) studied at The Pennington School from 2003 to 2007. Toni Nicole then attended the University of Delaware from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sciences and Mass Communication. In 2010, Toni Nicole Morris (Catelli) also attended Universitat de Barcelona.
