Carlos (Zhihong) Su has a background in quality and food safety, having held the position of Quality and Food Safety Technician at Royal Canin from August 2019 to August 2020. Prior to this, Carlos worked as a General Worker with Compass Group Canada from June 2015 to September 2017, serving as a line cook in a high-pressure kitchen environment, catering to over 400 customers daily. Carlos earned a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from McMaster University, completing the program in December 2021.
