Blythe Dougherty has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Blythe started their career as a Project Assistant at Vista Solutions Group in 2011. Blythe then worked at Art Attack as an Artist and Retail Consultant from 2012 to 2013, where they assisted customers and ensured the smooth operation of the store. Blythe joined The Association of Former Students in 2013 as a Student Caller, and was subsequently promoted to Supervisor. In this role, they managed 34 employees, implemented an incentivized work environment, and raised $500,000 in just one week. Blythe left the association in 2014. Since 2015, Blythe has been working at Vista Solutions Group again, initially as a National Service Manager and then as the VP of Marketing. In these roles, they planned marketing campaigns, supervised activities, coordinated with developers, and troubleshooted customer issues.

Blythe Dougherty obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Marketing from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. This took place from the year 2011 to 2014.
