Shannon Frenna is a dedicated REALTOR® at Vista Real Estate Services since September 2020, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles in healthcare administration. Prior to this current position, Shannon served as Head Office Secretary at Skagit Valley Hospital from July 2016 to September 2020 and as Patient Access Coordinator at Northwest Gastroenterology from April 2011 to June 2014, where responsibilities included patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and managing sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA. Shannon also worked as a Unit Coordinator at Avamere Health Services from July 2009 to April 2011, overseeing the management of patient charts in a nursing facility. Education includes an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Kaplan University and studies at the University of Phoenix.
