Brigid Hodnett has extensive experience in customer support and service. Brigid worked for Vista Higher Learning as the Director of Customer Support from November 2013 to the present. Before that, they held the position of Customer Service Manager from December 2010 to November 2013 at the same company. Prior to joining Vista Higher Learning, they worked for McCue Corporation as a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative from February 2005 to December 2010. Before that, they worked as a Billing Specialist at Lycos from March 2004 to February 2005. Brigid began their career at EDS as a Customer Care/Marketing Specialist from August 2000 to February 2004.
