Shannon Bracken is the Vice President, Private Equity Flagship at Vista Equity Partners. Shannon has over eight years of experience in the private equity and investment banking industries. Prior to joining Vista Equity Partners, Shannon was an M&A and Restructuring Analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners. Shannon has also worked as an Associate at CIBC World Markets and as a Quickbase Consultant.

Shannon Bracken graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government.
