Melissa Norman began their work experience in 2002 as a Commercial Relationship Assistant at Citizens Bank. Melissa then worked as a Portfolio Manager at Firstrust Bank from 2006 to 2009. Melissa joined Wells Fargo in 2010 as a Credit Analyst. Melissa then moved to JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2013, where they held the roles of Credit Ops Coordinator and later became a VP, Relationship Manager III Business Banking. In 2018, Melissa joined Professional Bank ® as a VP, first as a Commercial Portfolio Manager and later as a Commercial Senior Portfolio Manager. Melissa'smost recent position, starting in 2023, is as a Portfolio Management Officer, SVP at Vista Bank.

Melissa Norman obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Management at Rosemont College from 2004 to 2007. During the same period, they also pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Rosemont College. The field of study for their MBA is not provided.
