Sergey Timanovsky is an experienced software designer at VisSim AS since May 2011, previously serving as IT Director at Sitronics Telecom Solutions from January 2009 to August 2010. Additionally, Sergey held the position of Head of the IS department at Alcatel-Lucent from May 1997 to March 2008. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from The Open University (1998 - 2003) and an Engineer degree in Computer Science from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI"​ (1979 - 1985).
