Sara Ribeiro Cabral has a diverse work experience beginning in 2012 as a Museum Tour Guide at Museu Nacional dos Coches, where they guided visitors in Portuguese, English, and French. In 2013, they moved on to Living Tours as a DMC Project Manager, where they developed tour itineraries, coordinated logistics for international travellers, booked and coordinated with hotels, tour guides, and transport providers, and updated the company's website with tailored itineraries and content. In 2018, they became an Airline Reservations Agent at ICS - International Customer Support. In 2019, they worked as a Hotel Reservations Agent at Brown's Hotel Group. In 2022, they began working as a Business Development Associate at Visor.ai, where they enabled companies to automate interactions using Artificial Intelligence and Chatbots, and helped clients set up their own solutions. Sara also worked as a Customer Solutions Expert at Pipedrive in 2022.

Sara Ribeiro Cabral completed a Degree in Tourism from Universidade Europeia between 2009 and 2012. Sara then obtained four certifications: Digital Marketing and Social Media Management from CINEL-Centro Formação Profissional Indústria Electrónica,Energia,Telecom. e Tec. de Informação in September 2021, Storytelling from Turismo de Portugal in May 2021, Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in October 2020, and Branding from CINEL-Centro Formação Profissional Indústria Electrónica,Energia,Telecom. e Tec. de Informação in September 2020. Sara is currently pursuing a Master in Marketing at Instituto Superior de Gestão, which they began in 2020.
