Moti Band has extensive experience in engineering, particularly in New Product Introduction (NPI), with a career spanning over two decades. Currently employed at Visonic since February 2012, Moti has also contributed to MKS Instruments from 2001 to 2011 in a similar NPI capacity. Prior engineering roles include positions at RAD Guard from 2000 to 2001 and Tadiran Communications from 1997 to 1999, where responsibilities included ICT and debugging. Moti Band holds a degree from Tel Aviv University.
