Siri Hoff Haug has over 19 years of work experience in various HR and management roles. Siri is currently the People Director at Visma Software Norge since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Director at Orange Cyberdefense from February 2021 to January 2023. Siri also had a role as the General Manager at Odontia Gruppen AS from February 2019 to February 2021, where they were responsible for financial results and company development. Before that, they worked as an HR Project Manager at Visma from May 2015 to February 2019 and as an HR Manager at DNV GL from June 2011 to May 2015. Siri also gained experience as an HR Manager at BW Offshore from April 2006 to June 2011 and as an HR Consultant at Assessit AS from March 2004 to April 2006. Siri began their career as a Rekrutteringsrådgiver at U-MAN Norge from March 2002 to March 2004.

Siri Hoff Haug holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Pedagogy from the University of Oslo (UiO), which they completed in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UiO in 1999. In 1996, they attended IHM Business School (OMH Business School) where they studied Marketing. Earlier in their education, from 1990 to 1993, Siri attended Nadderud videregående skole where they pursued studies in Allmennfag. Furthermore, Siri has also achieved a NLP Master Practitioner Coach certification from Coaching & NLP Skolen Norge.
