Mili Orucevic is a seasoned professional in software quality engineering, currently serving as Chief Software Quality Engineer at Visma since November 2007. With extensive experience in improving development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps, Mili leads the Testing and Quality Assurance Discipline and Software Testing Guild, driving testing processes and practices across teams. Prior roles at Visma include Development & Team Manager and Senior Test Engineer, contributing to enhanced developer experiences and automated testing frameworks. Mili previously held managerial positions at Mamut ASA, focusing on quality assurance for ERP and SaaS solutions. Mili has served as a board member for Beeple and SaldeoSMART since early 2023 and has been an organizer for Norsk TestForum since 2014. Mili holds a Master's degree in Computer Science specializing in Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Oslo.
